At Kapes Wood Craft, we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted furniture. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Custom Orders
All custom-made or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
2. Standard Products
- Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper images or videos.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed if:
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect, or
- The product is damaged during transit.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
No return or refund will be accepted in the following cases:
- Minor color or texture variations due to the handcrafted nature of the product
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Delay complaints after delivery
- Claims made after 24 hours
5. Refund Process
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on the situation.
